India/Asia/Pacific Call

Summary:
Bharath has been working to get the Deep chem GSoC internship conference off the ground. It’s scheduled for October 6th. He’s also been working to talk to potential internship candidates
Peter has been working on OpenMM mainly and has been busy.
Ashwin last week worked on wrapping up the reaction featurization. He’s revamped the documentation and made it use the Roberta Featurizer.
Ashwin mentioned that there were CI failures that potentially were caused by the new OpenMM release. Peter mentioned that he put out a new PDBFixer release and it might be a version inconsistency between PDBFixer and OpenMM. Peter took a look and saw that PDBFixer is somehow getting pinned to 1.6, which is a very old version.
Bharath mentioned he’s targeting 2.6 to come out after the GSoC conference.
