Bharath gave the same update as in his previous call.
Tony did some analysis of the bioinformatics possibilities with DeepChem. He’s been working through https://github.com/deepchem/deepchem/issues/2150 and taking a look at PNet. Tony says he might need some help figuring out the analysis and Bharath said they can find some time next week.
David has put up a few PRs to work resharding generation (https://github.com/deepchem/deepchem/pull/2707). Bharath mentioned there were a couple of errors with the PR with a missing data file that David said he would fix. David is working on loading Swissprot into MoleculeNet (https://github.com/deepchem/deepchem/pull/2706) and asked if he should retool it to use FASTALoader. Bharath said that would be useful.
