Summary:
Bharath was out for a trip today so Ashwin acted as secretary.
Ashwin had worked on some updates to the documentation and had added the unit tests for the get_shard_size method. He had also worked on the ReactionFeaturizer for tokenizing the reactions to pass it to the HuggingFace Model.
Arun was quite busy last week and did not have any updates from his end.
Alana had worked on the BertFeaturizer, and had resolved a nasty bug there. The BertTokenizer can now be used to tokenize FASTA files. She’s now working on passing the featurized DiskDataset directly to the HuggingFace BERT model.
