India/Asia/Pacific Call

Attendees: Bharath, Sai, Shai, Arun, Sam, Anshuman
Summary:
Bharath this week worked with students and reviewed a few pull requests. Bharath also put up https://github.com/deepchem/deepchem/issues/2863 which has a list of models that need to be converted to PyTorch.
Arun has a few PRs up working on adding MegNet that need to be reviewed.
Sai was busy with school but is working on converting the equivariant docking notebook into a tutorial.
Shai started a PR about a bugfix (https://github.com/deepchem/deepchem/pull/2857 for https://github.com/deepchem/deepchem/issues/2106). Shai has been reading about retrotemp and reviewing his code.
Sam made a tutorial explaining how to use scikit-learn Gaussian processes in DeepChem and made a tutorial with a fix to the validation callbacks.
Anshuman made a PR for a neural-ODE tutorial for DeepChem.
We then did code review of some open PRs.

Summary:
Bharath gave the same update as at the last meeting.
Isuru was able to resubmit his PR this week and did some reading on the process for RL for molecules.
Peter was able to review some PRs this week.
Anshuman gave the same update as at the last meeting, and made some changes to his neural ODE tutorial that we reviewed.
