Summary:
Bharath has been working with other DeepChem developers on reviews.
Arun has been working to consolidate the installation requirement yml files since it’s messy right now. Arun has also been working to remove dependency pins to upgrade to TensorFlow 2.7
Peter has been working on OpenMM primarily.
Bharath mentioned that moving to the array API for DeepChem layers seems like a good step.

Summary:
Bharath this week was working with Arun on getting the release out the door.
Tony has just submitted a PR for the top_k metric. He also needs to check out the windows installation to see if that can be fixed and plans to work on the metrics docs.
Stanley has been busy with work but hopes to work on upgrading the bioinformatics tutorials.
