Bharath said he mainly had student meetings.
Ashwin has been trying to catch up with DeepChem development this last week.
Arun has been working on the DeepChem release. He put up a PR to remove an old broken feature (https://github.com/deepchem/deepchem/pull/2769). He has also been working on benchmarking the QM7 dataset to fix some errors in the CI. He’s also working on refactoring the remove_missing_entries function.
David has been working on writing some issues about the difference between the DeepChem one hot featurizer and the sklearn standard one hot featurizer. He hopes to start next on a sparse one hot matrix featurizer.
Sai just put up a PR for his tutorial about MolGAN to get feedback.
We moved to general discussion. David mentioned that https://gitter.im/deepchem/deepchem-bio was the new gitter channel for improved bioinformatics support.
