DeepChem Minutes
India/Asia/Pacific Call
Date: November 11th, 2021
Attendees: Bharath, Arun, Zaky
Summary:
Zaky is a graduate student at the University of Toronto and is in a structural biology lab. Zaky is looking to learn more about computational techniques.
Bharath mentioned he was primarily reviewing PRs.
Arun was working on checking the save() feature for the atomic convolutions. DeepChem usually saves models directly when fit(). Arun thinks that the atomic convolution save issues can now be closed.
Arun mentioned that one of the failing pytorch errors is running out of time. Bharath suggested that it might be good to lower the cutoff for the MSE on the test.
